There are varying reactions when I tell people that I am involved in the education of HGH – Human Growth Hormone. The most common is a feeling of slight revulsion. This is born out of a total ignorance as to the importance of, what is basically, a protein hormone.

Proteins are an essential ingredient in the body necessary for the repair and growth of tissue. They can be obtained from meat, eggs, milk and fish which all form a natural part of our diet.

If you really want to get technical it is stored and released by the somatotroph cells within the anterior pituitary gland.

Back in the late 50’s Human Growth Hormone was first taken from the pituitary glands of the deceased and administered to children with grow problems.

This is no longer practiced. Instead an artificial HGH has been developed and administered to children and adults alike for various medical reasons.

Growth Hormone can only successfully be introduced by daily injections which is done so, thereby helping many individuals to slow down the aging process. Medical analysis has shown that it is proven to enhance strength, give more energy, and improve human bone density.

However, the practicality, apart from obvious issues regarding infection, of regular injections is not for everyone. It is also introducing a substance to artificially replace a natural occurrence in the body.

An alternative to these injections is to encourage the release of our own Human Growth Hormones. This can now be achieved by what are known as HGH releasers. In the form of supplements to our normal diet which, given time, can have an amazing effect in slowing down the aging process, these are orally taken.

So, these have two main advantages over introducing an artificial Human Growth Hormone. Firstly there are no nasty or risky injections involved and secondly it uses the natural HGH within your own body.
